Submit a help request to the NUIT Support Center

Please submit a detailed support request. Useful information to include is:

  • Name and SES UserID, Department, and job function
  • Which database were you using? (e.g. Prod, Rept)
  • Date and time of incident/problem
  • What type of workstation are you using? (PC or Mac)
  • Which Operating System are you using? (Windows XP/Vista/7, Mac OS, Linux, etc.)
  • Which browser (and version) are you using? (IE 8, Firefox 5.0, etc)
  • Have you used this function successfully in the past?
  • What is the navigation path to the page you were in?
  • Did you get an error message?
  • Can you take a screen shot of the error message?
