Q: How do find information regarding online bill pay using CAESAR?
A: Please contact Student Financial Services (555 Clark St, 1st Floor, Evanston, IL 60208) either by phone at (847) 491-8950 or by email at student-financial-services@northwestern.edu
Q: I cannot remember my NETID password, or it has expired. Whom should I contact?
A: To change your NETID password, please call (847) 491-HELP and choose Option 6. If you would like to validate that your NETID password is working properly or you would like to change it, please click here.
Q: What is the difference between my Emergency Contact information and my Emergency Notification information?
A: Your Emergency Notification information is used in the event of an emergency on campus that would require the University to contact you immediately. In the event of such an emergency, a recorded message will be sent to each of the numbers that you have designated to be used for emergency notification. Your Emergency Contact information will be used in times of emergency when it may be necessary for us to know who can make medical decisions on your behalf. This information is used in the rarest of occasions, but it is important.
